SECTION AZero-Tolerance Policy — CSAE/CSAM

As Is Right Now strictly prohibits all content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children (CSAE — Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This prohibition is absolute, with no exceptions.

• Any CSAM content detected on the platform is removed immediately, without waiting for manual review.
• Every such case is reported to the competent law enforcement authorities and documented in our system.
• Any account from which such content was posted is permanently banned.

SECTION BAge Restriction — 18+ Only

The service is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and older, in accordance with our Terms of Service. By registering, users affirm that they are at least 18 years of age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be suspended and deleted.

SECTION CTechnological Prevention Measures

The app applies automated safeguards before any content is published:

• Mandatory face blurring: Every photo undergoes automatic blurring of faces and license plates before being shown to any user. A photo that fails processing is not published at all.
• Text content filtering: Every photo request is automatically analyzed by a language model before being published. Requests containing harmful, sexual, or policy-violating content are blocked and never forwarded to shooters.
• Geographic relevance check: The shooter must be physically near the request location; photos taken from incorrect locations are rejected.

SECTION DIn-App Reporting

Every user is able and encouraged to report any image that violates our policies:

• A "Report photo" button is available on every image visible in the app.
• Reports are sent to our moderation team, reviewed by a human, and documented in the management system.
• Immediate action is taken: content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban — depending on the severity of the violation.
• The reporter receives a confirmation that the report has been received.

SECTION EEnforcement

• Accounts that violate child safety policy are suspended immediately and may be permanently banned.
• All violating content is removed from the platform and deleted from our servers.
• Violation history is retained and used to prevent the same actor from re-offending via multiple accounts.

SECTION FCooperation with Authorities

In accordance with applicable law, we report any CSAM detected on the platform to the competent law enforcement authorities. We maintain a documented record of every such case and cooperate fully with law enforcement in any investigation related to child safety.
